FREE Lung Cancer CT Screenings at Lahey Clinic

If you are between the ages of 50 and 74, currently a smoker (or have quit within the past 15 years) and have a history of smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day for 20 years, you may qualify for a free low-dose CT lung screening. The screening is quick and painless and you do NOT have to be a Lahey patient to receive this free screening. However, your primary care doctor must order the test. To learn more, please call 1-855-CT-CHEST between 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday to complete a screening questionnaire.

Lahey Clinic Presents The Promising Future of Cancer Care

Lahey Clinic invites you to participate in an extraordinary day of learning, discussing and celebrating the advancements in cancer care. This multifaceted, in-depth event will offer sessions on advancements in lung, colorectal, prostate, head and neck, and breast cancers, as well as breast radiotherapy, presented by Lahey Clinic cancer physicians, and features keynote speaker, Dr. Susan Love. Dr. Love is an internationally recognized breast cancer researcher, surgeon and author. She is president of the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes and funds breast cancer research, has a close involvement with the Avon Army of Women, and is the author of Dr. Susan Love’s Breast Book, often considered the bible of breast care since it was first published back in 1990.
