Bladder Control Problems: What All Women Should Know

Many women complain about leaking urine when they cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise. It's called urinary incontinence and it's common and treatable. For some, it may be related to a nerve dysfunction of the bladder or a urinary tract infection. For others, drinking coffee or taking certain medicines may trigger an overactive bladder. These conditions, though not life-threatening, can often lead to self-imposed lifestyle changes that limit your daily activities.
